Opening Account Settings on Android
On our Android app, tap the menu icon (three horizontal lines) at the bottom or top of the screen. Look for "Account" or "Settings." Tap it to open your Account Settings page. You'll see a list of categories: Profile, Payment Methods, Security, Notifications, and Preferences. Tap any category to expand it and see the options inside.
Opening Account Settings on iOS
On iPhone or iPad via Safari, log in to 5zk.app and tap the menu icon or your profile picture in the top corner. Select "Account Settings" or "My Account." The layout is identical to Android, so you'll see the same categories and options. The page is optimized for mobile browsers, so it loads quickly and is easy to navigate with one hand.
Managing Payment Methods
In Account Settings, tap "Payment Methods" to see all the payment options you've added to 5zk. You can add a new payment method by tapping "Add Payment Method" and selecting from DANA, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment, or e-wallet. We'll ask you to verify the payment method — usually by confirming a code sent to your phone or email.
You can remove a payment method at any time by tapping the three-dot menu next to it and selecting "Remove." We'll ask you to confirm before deleting it. If you have an active withdrawal pending on that payment method, you won't be able to remove it until the withdrawal completes.
Updating Your Profile
Tap "Profile" in Account Settings to update your personal information. You can change your display name, email address, and phone number. If you change your email, we'll send a verification link to your new email address. Click the link to confirm the change. Your phone number is used for SMS notifications and account recovery, so keep it current.
